Instead of connecting live accounts or giving away your passwords, you request an official data archive from each platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and Reddit) and upload the .zip file to Ghostpost. Our analyzer parses the archive, highlights posts that might raise eyebrows, and lets you review them one by one.

Never. Ghostpost never asks for your passwords, and we never use live OAuth connections to link your accounts. Using official data exports means your live accounts remain completely untouched and secure.

No. Ghostpost is strictly read-only and local to your session. It helps you find flagged content and gives you direct links and context so you can make decisions on your own terms. We never have permission to modify or post anything to your live social accounts.

Ghostpost scans for content that admissions officers and recruiters routinely scrutinize: references to alcohol and drugs, profanity and inappropriate language, toxic negativity, controversial political takes, and content that could violate student or employee codes of conduct.

Your privacy is the core of our product. Your archives are processed in an isolated environment solely to generate your audit. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train public AI models. You can permanently delete your scan data at any time with a single click.
